My friend Brandon Drake alerted me to the fact that Amazon is listing a 3rd DVD of Rocko Episodes. The first half of season two. Anyone know the exact episodes?
Sorry for the poor quality of this pic, but the fuzziness actually helps the design of these DVD covers. They are pretty horrendous looking , but at least the episodes are getting out there.

Nick/Amazon’s entire handling of Rocko has been deplorable. All the other Nicktoons released MOD get expensive-but-complete season sets, but Rocko gets half-season releases that are grossly overpriced even by the standards of the others.
Bootlegs would be preferable simply for being more economic.

What list is this? Are these the episodes on the new DVD? That would be great if the Christmas episode was on it. There was a video release of it in the 90′s and it remains one of my favs, but a very twisted Christmas tale.

Hey Jestoon – I doubt those will be the episodes on the dvd. Those are only the first six episodes of Season 2. If you recall Volume 1 contained these:
Episode 9a – Carnival Knowledge
Episode 9b – Sand In The Navel
Episode 8a – A Sucker for the Suck-O-Matic
Episode 8b – Canned
Episode 11a – Rocko’s Happy Sack
Episode 11b – Flu-in-u-enza
Episode 12a – Who’s For Dinner
Episode 12b – Love Spanked
Episode 13a – Clean Lovin
Episode 13b – Unbalanced Load
Episode 2a – Leap Frogs
Episode 2b – Bedfellows
So just random Season 1 episodes, mostly in the second half of the season despite being Vol. 1. They’ll most likely do the same for Vol. 3, so there’s no way telling until someone receives a copy. $24.49 for 6 episodes is brutal, especially for just being DVD-Rs which don’t last nearly as long as a retail disc. Plus the crappy packaging and lack of extras don’t exactly help. Still, I’ll be getting a copy sometime after Christmas.

What’s really horrendous is the new Nick logo.

Yea, these are the episodes that are on the new DVD. Hopefully Road Rash is uncut.

Wow!! Rocko’s Modern Life is on DVD? This is way to cool. And I’m a fan, so thats pretty good news for me. So many memories. I remember watching the episode when Spunky falls in love with a mop. At first I thought it was Rocko, but then my memory got bigger and I figured out it was Spunky that fell in love with the mop.

I’m pretty torn about these sets. I’ve heard the production quality is terrible, and if I got a bootleg I could buy a cost-effective set with everything uncut. On the other hand, I don’t want to gip you of royalties by not buying the “official” sets.
