Good, I'm glad that theres an American out there other than myself thats small on cosumption and that dosen't care about attention, its silly that plenty of youtube videos say "rate!", "comment!", or "subscribe!". I beleive in letting others choose what to turn their attention to or decide their actions, not in demanding attention like a child.

Don't worry about any loss of integrity with the book going to a large publisher. I wouldn't agree to that anyway. ( or bombard it with slang).

When I say slightly more mainstream, some of the personal antidotes and history may not be included, with a little more explanation of things an "outsider" may not know.

How come they want the e-book down? Yet another company petrifird about anything that may ever so slightly hurt sales? I don't like the common ideals of buisness's, they're almost the opposite of what I beleive in. When you metioned "mainsreaming" do you mean that in a good way or a bad way? Don't let them publish you book if they want to bombard it with slang, it'd make you look unprofessional since most tend to people blame the wrong person for things.

I live in Canada and just bought the book today, through PayPal -- so it can be done. I'm glad I did! It contains lots of useful information. But more than that, it has inspired me to renewed interest in some of my projects, as well as suggesting some new approaches. It's useful stuff, even for projects that aren't animation.

There were a few things that I would have liked to seen added to the book, but I can understand why they weren't included: money and budget details, and technological info that can quickly become dated.

My only negative comment is a small one, one that doesn't reduce the value of the information: the few typos that managed to sneak in.

I got excellent value for my money; thanks, Joe!
