Cover Art for RML Season 2 DVD- Shout Factory

I guess since the DVD covers are now being shown on sites that are marketing the DVD, I can safely post my file of the cover art.

It’s very strange to dust off character books on Rocko characters and design a new DVD cover. I used to design the old VHS covers and the Marvel Comic book covers, so it was fun to sketch up new roughs play with everyone again. Old pals.

When Rocko was picked up by Nick, being the creator, I was able to flex all of my skills I had from my studio and past work as a designer, such as designing the Rocko logo ( it was actually funny to have Nickelodeon tell me how the logo was supposed to be, when I drifted a bit from the original design. But it’s trademarked now,,,, so.)

Anyway,,, here it is. It’s great that Shout Factory is putting these out. And this one will have the original pilot animated at my studio in Saratoga California ( with a yellow Rocko) as well as the Rocko Christmas Special “You Can’t Squeeze Cheer from a Cheese Log”.
